2. Schedule for the USA Invitational at Penn State is up on the website, gray tool bar schedule of events. First find which bracket your team is in. You will need to print off 8 sheets of that bracket. The schedule is set; do not ask for a change, everything is at the printers for the college packets. 3. Address for Christ Community Church of State College, Pa 200 Ellis Place, State College, PA 16801 4. All NCAA certified coaches must come to the Bryce Jordan Annex from 9:00 am to 12:00 to pick up their NCAA coaches bands. The earlier you come the shorter the lines! We will have the rosters from the NCAA website there. You will be asked to cross off any player, coach or assistant coach that will not attend the event and hand back the paper. If you have any additional players you must have their complete name, address and phone number. We will need to see your license in order to prove who you are to get your band. Do not tell us it is in your car, you will have to go back and get it. Each team will receive one score keeper band, this person will be allowed to sit at the score keepers table. 5. Coaches will receive parking passes for your team. They must be placed on the front dash board. These passes are only good for lot #44 behind the Bryce Jordan Center. (It is a 6000 car capacity) If you park any place else your car will be ticketed or towed. We can not do anything about a ticket or your car being towed, and please don’t ask. 6. All players must show for the 1:00 NCAA lecture in the Bryce Jordan Arena. Teams will be allowed entrance through Door #2 on the side parking lot beginning at 11:30. Every player that viewed the NCAA lecture will receive a lanyard. All players must wear their lanyard in order to gain entrance into court sites. If they don’t have it they will not gain entrance to the site and they will not play! 7. Only coaches with NCAA approved bands on will be allowed to sit on the bench with their team. This is an NCAA rule and we will monitor it at every game. 8. All parents and fans will have to purchase admissions starting at 10:00 am-1:00pm at the top of the Bryce Jordan arena and after that admissions will be sold at each site. No person will enter a site with out proper band or lanyard. All persons will be required to sit in designated areas. This is designated to provide strict segregation between players, coaches, fans and college coaches. This is required by us by the NCAA. Please inform parents that if they are sitting in the wrong area that they will be told to move. 9. We do our best to assure that the officials working our events will be professional. They do not care which team wins a game or the tournament. Please be respectful of officials. 10. We hope that we can count on all coaches to act professional and respectful to other teams, officials and our staff. Please do not use profanity, get thrown out of a game or embarrass your players. Remember that your demeanor sets the tone for your team. Be on time for games and have your team clean up any trash after each game, please be respectful of Penn State university property.
